Union Bank Allegedly Goes Numb as Customer’s N200,000, Goes Missing Trying to Pay Medical Bills

This might not be the best of times for self-struggling bank, Union Bank despite its merger with Titan Bank, to boost a robust service to its millions of customers yet, they have failed to meet up to expectations.
With its numerous crawling activities in trying to stabilize itself, Union bank has some of the customers stranded in various forms and times as the customer’s various transactions have failed to go through without any good response from the bank.
Businesstimes.ng touring the bank’s page to observe actives with its customers, noticed the several complains on their various platform which possibly could lead to the bank having to see some of the customers leaving them to pitch tent with better financial services around.
The complain became dramatic when one of the customers alleged to have transferred a huge sum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000) and was debited but the receiver was not credited and the bank failed to look into it.
Another that caught the eye of businesstimes.ng is one customer who claimed to have attempted to make payment of the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000) to sort a medical bill but was left stranded as she was debited but the money did not go through.
