Trouble As FCMB Earns Bad Record with Customer Over Alleged Missing Thousands of Naira

With the constant update as regards the back end of banks in Nigeria and the regular upgrade of the IT sector, it saddens one to see how some customers continue to complain about missing funds or poor customer services from some of these banks in Nigeria.

One of such banks to be in the dirty books of its customers is First City Monument Bank (FCMB), whose customers having be dragging almost each day if not each week or months over various failed transactions that have not even been refunded.

Some of these customers claim to have gone to the bank to lay various complain about the issues they are having but with no solutions from days to weeks and months with various false promises.

Part of the complain that caught businesstimes.ng attention is one from one Olojede Muyiwa, who is an account holder with FCMB, as he alleged to have made a transaction of the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000), from his corporate account since September and till date the payment was not delivered and was not refunded.

in his words, “Kindly note that I make a transaction of #200,000 from my FCMB corporate account 5387831013 PrimusXpression Concept on the 10th September, 2024, and until now the payment was not delivered neither refunded, this I consider unfair and manipulative.”
