Transaction Mess: Fidelity Bank Allegedly Withhold Customer’s Thousands of Naira
Despite trying to maintain global best practices in Nigerian banking industry, Fidelity bank seems to be gradually Lossing its grip with its customers daily.
The self acclaimed strong financial base institution has not been in the good books of some of its customers as they have been constantly dragged on various social platforms either regarding alleged missing funds, poor customer service and more.
Recently, a customer shared how she made a transaction of the sum of One Hundred and Three Thousand Naira (N103,000), through bank to a recipient for over three weeks and the money was yet to reflect.
The customer who goes by the name Blessing Johnson Gbadamosi, further disclosed that she has been to the bank on several occasions to complain but to no avail.
In her words, “I made a transfer of N103,000 for over 3 weeks now the recipient has not received the money and I have been going to the bank all to no avail.”
Meanwhile, this will not be the first time Fidelity bank will be involved in such traumatic situations as regards poor financial management as some of its customers are already migrating to other banks including the fast rising ones like Opay, Palmpay and others.
