Poor Service: Access Bank Gets Bashed, Set to ‘Lose’ Customers Over Poor Services

These don’t seems to be the best of times for self positioned financial giant, Access Bank, as the firm seems to be getting a lot of backlash from some of its customers who feel sad about the poor services being rendered.

Access bank for couple of months have not been able to resolve lots of issues regarding various failed transactions, electricity top-up and more.

Part of what is getting some of the customers angry is the fact that despite several complains for several weeks and some months, the bank is yet to make its customer smile thereby leaving them with no choice but to have a second thought of having a better account with other banks.

Businesstimes.ng observes that Access bank’s failed promises has left questions on the lips of many of its customers as regards the safety of their funds with the bank and how credible they are considering the recent turn out of things as regards their services.
