According to Bankole in his post, “Pls help me tag @davido7 ,this happened at his last concert at the Landmark Lagos island,I have proofs of all transactions,I went to @AirtelNigeria outlet to get my sim replaced and and I sent text to @moniepointng immediately I received notifications but nothing is been done”

After dragging the bank, Moniepoint after allowing the thieves gain access to the funds, urged Bankole to drop receipt of transactions for easy assistance via X social media.

“Hello Usman, we are sorry to learn about your experience with the transaction.

Kindly send us a DM via this link: rb.gy/rubhe with a screenshot of the transaction receipt to enable us to assist you with an appropriate resolution. We look forward to your response.” Moniepoint replied.

As at press time, businesstimes.ng was yet to get a feedback from Bankole regarding the progress and communication with Moniepoint.

With such an amount leaving such bank who got licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), it has left many of its customers speechless as to their credibility in terms of keeping their funds.
