I’m About to Lose My Marriage of Nine Years, I Need Advice…Lady Opens Up

I am about to lose my marriage of nine years. I am a young ambitious and hard working woman, I am in my early 30s. My husband business collapse this year January and since then he has been struggling to stand again. Even at that, he still provide 100% in the house, sometimes he will ask me to give him days that he will get all the things we need in the house if he doesn’t have the money at the moment trust me he will definitely get all of it.

He was the one that sponsored me through the university. After our marriage, he opened a big shop for me which is generating a lot of money now, but he never asked me to support in running the house. He takes care of everything alone and never complained. I told my eldest sister.

I told my eldest sister that I want to boost my husband business with Eight Million Naira and she started shouting “how can you give your husband such a huge amount of money when our only brother that recently returned from India need money to start up a business”.

Meanwhile, our Dad invested his money twice on him but he wasted it all in less than no time all in a bid to impressing people. I gave my brother the Eight Million Naira last month to start up a business. I don’t know how my husband got to find out. He woke me up in the middle of the night four days ago to asked me whether am the person that gave my brother money I was shocked. Well I told him no. I had no idea he had evidence that I gave my brother the money. Yesterday evening, I found him crying inside our bedroom. I ask him what is the problem was and he just looked at me and ask me “who am I to you?”

I replied you are my husband of course. He said no that he’s a total stranger to me, that I been watching him struggling all this while without doing anything about it. I immediately felt very bad and started crying he left the house few minutes later and up till now I have not seen him or heard from him. I have been calling his number, he is not picking his calls. And this morning, I went to his shop but it was locked. I then asked his closest friend about him and he said that when my husband called him last night, he was crying and didn’t say anything. When he tried to know what the matter was and why he was crying, hanged the call. He called him back several times but he didn’t pick up neither did he call him back till now. I am totally confused and I don’t know what to do please. I really need people’s opinion and advice on this, thanks I will be in the comment section.
