How Zenith Bank’s Poor Service Pushed Customer to Lose N1Million

It is with a deep heart filled with anger and pain that a customer of Zenith bank, has decided to call out the bank over it’s negligence towards responding to complain from its customers as well as rectifying its constant network issues which often times leave many in the dark and stranded.

One of the numerous customers that called out Zenith bank is one Okonkwor Chinedu, who alleged that the bank’s poor network pushed him into stepping into a branch of the bank in Abakaliki to withdraw the sum of One Million Naira ( N1,000,000), only to be robbed immediately he stepped out of the banking hall.

Chinedu explained that he was asked to talk to one of the managers who at first posed a nonchallant attitude towards the issue until he was accused of being a part of the syndicate before he decided to grant audience.

While Chinedu is still in shock on how everything played out, other customers of the bank have also taken to social media to drag the bank over various failed transactions which has not been refunded.

Meanwhile, in other to cover its alleged numerous bad records with some of its customers, Zenith urged people to have a conversation with them via direct message on social media to avoid Fraudsters having access to their account information.
