Frustration: Access Bank Set to Lose Customers Over Poor Services
One of Nigeria’s top most financial institution, Access Bank, is currently battling to sustain it’s client base after leaving them financially handicapped for several days as the bank’s app was not functional likewise other means of transactions.
Businesstimes.ng observed that a huge number of the bank customers took to social media to complain about various failed transactions and unhealthy debits without form of explanation or refunds.
Most of the customers were left in tears recently as they could not have access to their funds which hindered many transactions.
While dragging the bank online, some customers threatened to withdraw their funds from the bank for putting them through such pain without any notice of intending maintenance.
