Failed Trust: Access Bank Gradually losing Customers to Opay, Others

In an era where technology has taken over the banking system towards making transactions easy for many, one of Nigeria’s top banks, Access Bank, is not having it rosy as they are gradually losing touch with some of it’s customers.

Access Bank customers have not taken it likely with the bank as they constantly take to social media to drag the bank which they claim have been deducting their money without reversal.

With these trend of constant complain accompanied with various promises from the bank to resolve issues, it has gone to show that the bank most likely is not able to manage it’s customers funds left in their care despite it’s merger.

Meanwhile, with the emergence of various digital banking platforms like Opay, Palmpay and others, they have proven to be trustworthy in handling people’s savings compared to some older traditional banks who tend to have caused more pain in the heart of many.
