Failed Transaction: Customer Drag’s Union Bank Over N343,000 Hospital Bill 

One of Nigeria’s decade old bank, Union bank of Nigeria, is not having the best of times with some of its customers who have taken to social media to drag them over various claims of failed transactions and poor customer services.

Some of the bank customers claimed that they have made several complains to the bank yet, nothing has been done. One of the customer stated that since February 21, 2023, a failed transaction through the bank is yet to be refunded.

As the customers continue to hope for a reversal of their money from the bank, a certain customer is seriously angry and ready to drag the bank to any length after the sum of Three Hundred and Forty Three Thousand Naira (N343,000), for an hospital bill which is yet to be reversed as the family have been left stranded with bills piling up in the hospital.
