Bank Drama: Polaris Bank in Failed Transaction Mess with Customers

Polaris Bank Limited is in the news for the wrong reasons for several weeks now as some customers have continued to complain about their various failed transactions via the bank’s mobile app yet, they were debited without reversal.
Some of the customers took to Polaris bank social media handles to express their dissatisfaction on how the bank manages queries of its customers. An accumulative of the sum of over a One Hundred Thousand Naira of customer’s money has gotten stuck in the money without any positive response.
Businesstimes.ng further observed several complains about the bank and one of such situations is from one customer by name Olasehinde, who alleged that he made a transfer of the sum of One hundred thousand naira (N100,000), to an account but was never credited but was debited without reversal after complaining.
Another of such situation is from one Odeleye Michael, who also alleged to have made a transfer of the sum of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000), which was also debited but yet to be reversed.
