Few of the cases that caught businesstimes attention are two customers with one claiming that his card got trapped at the ATM and few minutes later, he got debited of the sum of Ninety-Nine Thousand Naira (N99,000).

According to the customer who goes by the name Kappo Multiconcept “My bank card was trapped by the ATM, and shortly thereafter, I received a debit alert notifying me that a transaction of 99,000 was made via POS using my card. I am concerned that my card was used fraudulently. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.”

Another customer of the bank who goes by the name Bob Lashy on social media did not hesitate to call Fidelity out after discovering he was debited Ten Thousand Naira (N10000), without making any transactions.

“I did not make any transactions on my account and I was debited 10000 just now what’s going on with fidelity bank?” BobLashy wrote.
